Ombudsman Saskatchewan does not have jurisdiction over private businesses and their treatment of employees. However, the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety (LRWS) provides several services, including those listed below. We do have jurisdiction over LRWS, so if you think they have been unfair to you, contact them first. If you think their response is unfair, you can contact us.
